Terms of Service
When sending in an item for service or repair, please contact our customer service department for a Service Authorization number and include a copy of completed "Service/Repair Form" or detailed description of problem/service needed. By submitting product for repair/service, customer agrees to pay all bills for repair, unless a request for estimate only is received in writing (customer will be contacted for further authorization). Customer is responsible for shipping merchandise pre-paid to our service facility and will be billed accordingly for return freight charges.

Warranty Repair
Our standard warranty for reconditioned equipment is 1 year from date of purchase, parts and labor only, unless otherwise stated. All products under warranty must be shipped pre-paid to our service facility and will be returned freight C.O.D.

Shipping
All shipments are documented and carefully inspected prior to shipping. P.M.I. will ship via Express (2-3 day delivery in U.S.) unless otherwise specified. All product with a value exceeding $100.00 MUST be insured for loss/damage when shipped. P.M.I. is not responsible for lost/damaged items.

Loaned/Rental Units
Loaned/Rental units/accessories, if available, will be shipped upon request, freight C.O.D. Customer is solely responsible for the care and maintenance of the loaned/rented unit and all accessories while it is in their possession. Any loss/damages are the customers responsibility. Rental charges will be applied based on device.
