Internet Orders over $150 qualify for free ground shipping excluding the following items: sheets, fluids, gloves, heat/cold packs, anesthesia machines, tables, backboards or any item that weighs over 25 pounds.
Orders from Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico or outside of the 48 contiguous U.S. states are not eligible for free shipping.
Free shipping will be sent via Ground ONLY. All fluids will be shipped Ground, unless customer requests otherwise.
Shipping charges generated online are an estimate only. Actual shipping charges may differ.
Orders for in-stock items are shipped the same day if received by 2:00pm PST. Any items in your order that are out-of-stock will be placed on backorder. We will work hard to promptly get any out-of-stock items, special orders and back orders stocked and shipped as quickly as possible. Please contact us if you have questions on availability before placing your order.
For your protection, PMI has the right to place an order on hold temporarily in order to verify identity or legitimacy of an order. Once verified, the order will be promptly shipped.
Please allow 7 to 10 working days for delivery of reconditioned equipment.
All shipments are F.O.B., Vista, California.

If you are using a Fleet Address for your shipping address (APO / FPO, AE), we can only ship using USPS and certain weight, size and value restrictions apply.
